Faculty Bios
Kujala, Patricia
Patricia Kujala is a practical nursing instructor. She began teaching at DCTC in 1988.
Patricia has a Master of Science degree in nursing education from Winona State University. A certified public health nurse, she also has her bachelor's in nursing from Metropolitan State University.
Her industry experience includes time working in long-term care and acute care. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
"My teaching philosophy is that faculty facilitate student learning and treat students as adult learners," she states.
The best part of her job as a DCTC instructor is making a difference in the lives of her students.
