Julie A. BergJulie has 20 years of coaching, leadership development and training experience across industries including healthcare (HealthPartners, BlueCross/Blue Shield), education (Univ. of St. Thomas), business services (Ceridian, OCI Companies), financial services (Ameriprise, AgStar), manufacturing (Jostens, MTS), and technology (Medtronic, ADC), and non-profits.  She has an M.A. in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota and is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute. She is qualified to administer the following assessments:  Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC, Social Styles, and PDI Profilor – 360 Feedback.

Esther Bloomfield AdamsEsther brings her 20 years of experience as a sales and management professional to her coaching, speaking and leadership development practice. She holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Virginia and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. Her proven record of quality performance and leadership in diverse environments includes a background in the for-profit as well as non-profit arenas. She partners one-to-one and with teams to define short and long-term business, management and performance goals required for successful organizations. She then collaborates with her clients to create a structure for meaningful implementation, accountability and follow up. She specializes in real world, practical skills, tools and resources for professional and personal development.

Bob Noah, MS

Management and Team Development Coach

Bob NoahBob Noah has invested better than a quarter-century in developing people. His expertise is in the soft side. It's the people part, how they work together, what it takes to lead them, and how to bring out the best in them. He helps leaders clear out everything that stands in the way of excellent performance.

Bob holds Master of Science in Management Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and has conducted post graduate study in human behavior at the University of Iowa Graduate School of Social Work.
