Pitching Camp

During this camp, our expert instructors will teach players a variety of drills to build the proper foundation and mechanics to be a successful pitcher. Players will learn how to increase their arm strength, get the most strength out of their body, avoid injury, and maintaining composure during the game. This camp is for players age 15-18. Each session is limited to  four players.

This camp includes:

  • 10 min: Warm-up
  • 25 min: Drill and Band Work
  • 25 min: Game Situation Bullpens
  • 30 min: Post Bullpen

Dates:

  • Fall Session: Sundays during Nov. 11 – Dec. 16 
  • Winter Session: Sundays during Jan. 13 – Feb. 17 

Time: 

  • 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Session 1)
  • 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (Session 2)
  • 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Session 3)
