DCTC offering online hybrid courses at Diamondhead Education Center
DCTC will be offering general education courses at the Diamondhead Education Center in Burnsville, Minn., starting Spring Semester 2009.

Course Offerings
Partnership
This new opportunity is made possible by a partnership between Concordia University of St. Paul, ISD 191 and the city of Burnsville. The partnership is designed to deliver more higher education options to area citizens.
Online Hybrid Format
DCTC's general education courses at the Diamondhead Education Center will be 10 weeks long and delivered in an online hybrid format.
- Hybrid courses reduce seat time on campus by replacing it with online course materials, discussions, assignments, quizzes and tests
- Hybrid courses offer flexibility for students while still giving them opportunities for hands-on work in classroom labs and face-to-face interaction with instructors

Students interested in taking general education courses at Diamondhead in Burnsville should contact Registration at 651-423-8038.
General Education Schedule at Diamondhead Education Center
- Each course is three college credits
- Courses meet every other week for approximately 10 weeks (five in-class sessions); remaining coursework is delivered online
- All in-class sessions meet from 6–9 p.m. on designated weeknights
- Tuition is $520.92 per 3-credit course
