Summer Semester 2008 Payment Plan Outline
- For students without approved deferment—such as financial aid application or agency funding—a "Safe Harbor"deposit of at least $300, or 15 percent of your total tuition, is due on May 19, 2008, to avoid the risk of getting dropped from your courses.
- Final payment in full is due June 27, 2008.
- A $30 payment plan fee will be charged to all accounts not paid in full by:
May 31, 2008. - A $50 late fee will be charged to all accounts not paid in full by:
June 27, 2008. - You will NOT be able to register online for the next semester until the balance is paid in full.

- Payment Plan
Sept. 20, 2008 | One third of remaining balance due
Oct. 20, 2008 | One half of remaining balance due
Nov. 20, 2008 | Final payment due
- A $30 payment plan fee will be charged to all accounts not paid in full by Sept. 30, 2008.
- A $50 late fee will be charged to all accounts not paid in full by Nov. 20, 2008.
- You will NOT be able to register online for the next semester until the balance is paid in full.
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Your valid FAFSA results must be on record with the Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid by a certain date.
- To avoid assessment of a $30 payment plan fee, you must complete your financial aid record and apply for any student loans needed to pay your balance by the following dates:

Approved Third-Party Vendor Authorization
- Approved third-party vendor authorizationmust be on file with the Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid by a certain date. The college will bill the approving agency for authorized tuition and fees.
- To avoid assessment of a $30 payment plan fee, you must pay in full any balance not covered by the authorization by the following dates:

Scholarship Funds
- Regarding scholarship funds of $300 or more paid to the student's DCTC account, you can avoid assessment of a $30 payment plan fee by paying any balance not covered by the scholarship by the following dates:

Veteran's Benefits

International Students
- International students coded with an F1 Visa must pay 100 percent of health insurance costs plus a $300 "Safe Harbor" by the following dates:

- International students must have a social security number on record with DCTC to be eligible for the payment plan deferment option.

- PSEO students must have completed PSEO documentation and have approved PSEO status on record with DCTC.
