The Student Services Office, Room 2-110, keeps a list of rooms and apartments that are available for rent to students. Apartment and house owners provide this information to the Student Services Office. Dakota County Technical College does not seek out facilities that may be available for rent to students. This housing list is provided solely as a convenience to students. Dakota County Technical College is not responsible for any matters relating to property leases or rental agreements. Dakota County Technical College makes no inspections of the listed premises, has no knowledge of the listed premises, and makes no representation regarding the liability or safety of listed premises or the neighborhood in which the premises are located.
