By filling out our online Information Request Form, we can send you additional information via U.S. Mail (allow 3-5 days for delivery). If you would prefer to ask for information in person or via phone, contact our Admissions Office at 651.423.8020 or toll free 1.877.937.3282 ext. 020. The following are some suggestions to keep in mind when completing the form (feel free to print this page prior to continuing).

  • The Information Request Form is only two pages. Make sure you are okay with the information on page one before pressing the CONTINUE button. You may even want to print page one before moving on to page two. After you complete the 2nd page, press SUBMIT REQUEST and your work is done.

  • Avoid using the back button on your browser because you will lose all the information you entered to that point.

  • The information you provide will be electronically entered into our college database and will be the information used for all future correspondence with you. With that in mind, be as accurate as you can be when completing the form.

  • Avoid using all capital letters when entering your information.

  • Enter your complete address on the first address line (only use the 2nd address line if you also have a P.O. Box number or an extended address).

  • If you would like to return to Dakota County Technical College's web site, close your browser window.

  • Immediately after you press SUBMIT REQUEST you will receive a message confirming we received your information and what you requested.
