Health Services

A nurse is on duty in the Health Services Office:

• Room 2-205
• Phone: 651.423.8371
• 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Summer hours: 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Each student is asked to fill out a Health Data Card that is kept in a confidential file in Health Services. If an emergency situation arises, the information on the card is extremely important in rendering assistance.

All injuries occurring at school are treated in Health Services. If a student becomes ill while in school, a nurse is available to provide assistance.

Hearing, vision, and blood pressure screening are available upon request. Current health information is also available free of charge.
