Dakota County Technical College does not offer on-campus housing. The housing list below is offered as a courtesy to our students. DCTC does not provide any additional housing services or resources other than this list. Please carefully review the conditions below.
HOUSING RESOURCE CONDITIONS
Dakota County Technical College provides no additional housing services other than the resource lists.
DCTC does not seek out facilities that may be available for rent to students.
Housing and apartment resource lists are provided solely as a convenience to students.
DCTC is not responsible for any matters relating to property leases or rental agreements.
DCTC makes no inspections of the listed premises, has no knowledge of the listed premises and makes no representation regarding the liability or safety of listed premises or the neighborhood in which the premises are located.
DCTC also has no knowledge of and makes no representation regarding whether the listed premises are in compliance with state or local laws, regulations or ordinances.
Full-time, income-qualified students at least 18 years old may apply for Section 42 Housing. Special rules for student residents apply. If you are a part-time student, you are exempt from the eligibility requirements. If you are 18 years of age or older and a full-time student, you must meet ONE of the following special requirements to be eligible for housing:
Have physical custody of your children if you are single
Participate in the Job Training Partnership Act or other similar programs funded by Federal/State/Local sources
