Dakota County Technical College does not offer on-campus housing. The housing list below is offered as a courtesy to our students. DCTC does not provide any additional housing services or resources other than this list. Please carefully review the conditions below.

Full-time, income-qualified students at least 18 years old may apply for Section 42 Housing. Special rules for student residents apply. If you are a part-time student, you are exempt from the eligibility requirements. If you are 18 years of age or older and a full-time student, you must meet ONE of the following special requirements to be eligible for housing:

  • Be married
  • Have physical custody of your children if you are single
  • Participate in the Job Training Partnership Act or other similar programs funded by Federal/State/Local sources
  • Have a member of the household receiving MFIP
