The Student Services Office, Room 2-110, keeps a list of rooms and apartments that are available for rent to students. Apartment and house owners provide this information to the Student Services Office. Dakota County Technical College does not seek out facilities that may be available for rent to students. This housing list is provided solely as a convenience to students. Dakota County Technical College is not responsible for any matters relating to property leases or rental agreements. Dakota County Technical College makes no inspections of the listed premises, has no knowledge of the listed premises, and makes no representation regarding the liability or safety of listed premises or the neighborhood in which the premises are located. Dakota County Technical College also has no knowledge of and makes no representation regarding whether the listed premises are in compliance with state or local laws, regulations, or ordinances.

The Student Services Office maintains a housing list for students based on information primarily provided by the general public. An apartment resource list is also available. Dakota County Technical College does not provide any other additional housing services than the list.
