Summer Leadership Training Session 4 - Understanding your Strengths
August 12, 2021
| 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Location : Remote or In-person
This summer, join student leaders from across Minnesota to learn the foundations of great student leadership. We will dive into the five practices of exemplary leadership that based on over 30 years of research have examined the stories, behaviors and actions of what makes a great leader.
Learning effective leadership is key to getting anything done in the collaborative world that we live in. Whether you are looking to be a nurse, a welder, a nonprofit or business leader, taking people and organizations to places they have never been before is a skill that will always be valuable.
There is no cost to participate in this training.
Note: Participation in all four workshops is encouraged but not required.
This training is sponsored by LeadMN.
Session 4 - Understanding your Strengths: The series will end with the Strengthsfinder assessment and a conversation about how you can leverage your strengths. Then we will plan out your capstone project to put into practice the concepts that you have learned over the summer.
