While many of our courses have incorporated some of these concepts, with FlexTrack courses our faculty have intentionally designed the course to incorporate flexibility, mastery , and online learning. You will be able to self-pace your online learning, giving you the freedom to accelerate the process or pause if needed. With your instructor's guidance, you will progress at your own pace through a series of modules, mastering each one before moving to the next module.

BUSN 1130 Acquire an overview of how to provide a safe and healthy work environment. Supervisors/managers will be able to assess risks to their organization, and develop, based on knowledge gained in this course, a safety plan. As part of the plan, you will learn and conduct a risk analysis, job safety analysis, safety orientations, job safety training, perform workplace inspections and conduct effective accident investigations. BUSN 1260 Identify how supervisors / leaders can plan for and support excellent customer service through developing a service strategy. Examine the impact of employee training and decision-making authority on customer service. Assess internal and external customer satisfaction. Learn tools and techniques for gathering feedback and handling complaints. Consider the relationship between customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and quality.
HEAL 1502 This course introduces students to medical terms and their meanings. Students will learn combining forms, word roots, prefixes, suffixes, and how these word parts apply to building medical terms. Students will also learn common medical abbreviations and symbols.
PHIL 1100 This course is an introduction to the study of ethics. Students will read, discuss, and write about texts written by ancient, modem, and contemporary philosophers. Emphasis will be placed on the practical value of the ideas explored.
