Single Stall, Gender Neutral Restrooms: Located Adjacent to Student Life Center (1-300) next to the Mother's Room

Shower Facilities: One of the gender neutral, accessible restrooms next to the Bookstore also has a shower and is available to students on a first come first serve basis.

Sexuality and Gender Alliance

The Sexuality and Gender Alliance (SAGA) was started to create a community on campus for anyone who identifies in the LGBTQQIAA+ community at Dakota County Technical College. SAGA provides support and promotes acceptance at DCTC. All persons are welcome to participate. SAGA's mission is to bring all people of all identities together and create an environment of inclusion and friendship.

Setting your Preferred Name allow for DCTC to list your preferred names on class lists and non-legal documents. We believe our students should be allowed be who they are on our campus while working towards the career of their dreams.

Community Resources

The following LGBTQ community organizations are able to provide support and resources:

GLBT Host Home Program – Provides emergency shelter and short-term housing for homeless youth
Lavender Magazine – a local, biweekly with art and entertainment reviews, leisure, calendar, news, and columns.
Outfront Minnesota – Advocacy group for LGBTQ equality who maintains large Minnesota LGBTQ organization directory
