Wellness Center: Fitness Boot Camp

All are welcome! Each class is designed to help achieve the most common fitness goals. Including, but not limited to stress relief, endurance, muscle toning and fat loss. I will personally sit down with each student to determine which fitness plan is the perfect match for you and together we will achieve your goals
These boot camps are instructed by Robyn Rohr, an ACE Certified and Kickboxing certified instructor. Robyn has many years of experience in the fitness industry.
