Thank you for your interest in partnering with DCTC, engaging with our students, and supporting our campus community.
DCTC utilizes Handshake as our career management system. Through Handshake, employers can post jobs, request interview schedules on campus and connect with DCTC students and alumni.
Visit the employer sign up page at JoinHandshake.com. You will be able to sign up as an employer.
Log in to your Handshake account.
Click on "Job Postings" on the left-hand side, and then "New Job" in the upper-right hand corner.
Complete the fields to "Create Job"
You can distribute the job posting to one or more universities at which you wish to recruit. The "Schools" tab will allow to do so. Select DCTC in the options to post the job for DCTC students and alumni.
Jobs need to be approved by the Career & Transfer Resources Center before they can be seen by students.
For a job posting walk-through in Handshake, we recommend checking out their video and guide here.
To learn about Handshake, we suggest starting with their Support Center for employers for answers to frequently asked questions.
