DCTC’s Center for Student Success (Room 2-101) provides a place (and a space) where students can find numerous services and resources to help students prepare for and succeed in their career and technical programs.
The Center for Student Success is located in Room 2-101 which is on the college’s second level, far west end above the Library and West Atrium.

The following are services available to students either at the Center for Student Success (Room 2-101) or through its staff or related programs:
Although no longer a large computer lab, the Center for Student Services does have some PCs and laptop computers available for students to use within the Center. A black and white printer and a color printer are available for student use as well.
Enrolled DCTC students may be eligible for services if they have a documented disability that significantly limits one or more major life activities. For more information contact accessibility@dctc.edu.
The Center for Student Success staff can provide some assistance to students trying to navigate through D2L/Brightspace – the student portal to their classes, including those that are entirely online. The D2L link above will direct to the D2L login screen as well as access to D2L tutorials.

The Center for Student Services can serve as a place for students to study whether at one of our PCs or laptops, laptop stations or study desks/modular chairs. There is also a charging station available for students’ electronic devices.
Join us at study tables on Mondays and Thursdays Noon-2 p.m. Get your work done by studying with others, plus there is a tutor available. Located in Room 2-102 in the Center for Student Success.
The Student Support Services program provides academic development, advising and success strategies towards graduation. Available to eligible DCTC students who are first-generation, meet income guidelines low income, and/or have a disability. The Center for Student Success also serves as DCTC’s Tutoring Center for those students seeking assistance in subject areas such as Accounting, English/Reading/Writing and Mathematics. The TRIO tutor and TRIO computer lab are also located within the Center. The Science tutor is located within the Science Lab (Room 1-305).
