When campus is open, a licensed practical nurse is on duty in the Health Services Office, Room 1-515, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, during fall and spring semester.
Enrolling students are asked to fill out a Health Data Card. Completed cards are kept on file confidentially.
During a medical emergency, the card's data is crucial to health care professionals providing assistance.
The licensed practical nurse on duty in Health Services provides initial assessment and treatment of all injuries and illnesses occurring on the DCTC Rosemount campus. The nurse will arrange transport to a medical facility if required.

Health Services provides vision and blood pressure screening when requested. The nurse on duty will also convey current health information free of charge.
