Cori Robinson started with DCTC in 2007 as a TRIO Student Support Services Advisor.
TRIO is a federal program that helps students from traditionally underrepresented populations navigate the academic environment of Higher Education. The DCTC TRIO SSS program currently serves 160 students.
Born and raised in Chicago Illinois, Cori received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago with a major in psychology. She has worked in social services and secondary education however she likes working with college students the most. She enjoys being involved throughout their educational experience; assisting them in achieving their academic and occupational goals.
Outside of work, her hobbies are exercising, cooking, and creative projects as well as spending time with her two teenage children and their two family dogs
