Heath accepted the role of Director of Recruitment and Admissions in November 2017. He is a 2016 Concordia University-St. Paul graduate with a bachelors degree in Organizational Management and Leadership. He also earned an associate in applied science from Rasmussen College in Business Management and completed his associate in arts degree from Minnesota West Community and Technical College.
Heath has worked in college admissions since 2001, beginning his career with Rasmussen College (both in Mankato and the Twin Cities). After seven years, he took an admissions representative job with an Eagan-based, private drafting technical college, Northwest Technical Institute (NTI). Prior to joining DCTC, Heath spent the past four years at Dunwoody College of Technology.
Heath has volunteered with and served on the committee for the SuperMileage Challege (an entity of Minnesota Technology & Engineering Educators Association-MTEEA) for the past ten years.
Heath enjoys spending time with his family, home improvement projects, and is a die-hard Minnesota Vikings fan.
