Todd Miller is a Public Safety Officer at Dakota County Technical College.
Todd has worked in Public Safety for 38 years, this includes Police Officer, Fire Captain and Lieutenant for Hennepin County Government Security. Todd also has many years of education and teaching other Public Safety professionals in the disciplines of De-Escalation/Crisis Intervention, Emergency Medical Services, FEMA, Fire Fighting and Defensive Tactics.
Todd and his wife live in Oakdale with their puppy Millie. Todd enjoys spending time with his wife traveling and representing the St. Paul Winter Carnival as the Fire King for the 2020 Vulcan Krewe.
